- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Buchanan came highly recommended by many of my co-workers so when I found myself in some pain, I made an appointment with him. He diagnosed me with bladder cancer. He was caring and compassionate and told me what to expect. I was in surgery immediately and the tumor removed. Once the pathology came in, he explained why I would have to go through treatments and what to expect there, as well. He is very knowledgeable and explains things in terms you understand. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I cannot recommend this physician since he botched my TURP procedure. When I consulted another urologist concerning painful urination he advised exploratory surgery would be required to locate the problem. He discovered a large mass of tissue remained after the TURP surgery. He moved this and cleared the passage which provide immediate pain relief.
