- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office staff here is appalling. My mother was laid off from her job of 20 years and has no health insurance. She called to give notice that she'd be five minutes late.. after driving an hour to make her appointment.. and they cancelled her. When she showed up anyway they accused her of talking bad about the staff(she was on the phone with me.. crying and telling me what was happened) and brought her a letter stating that she would no longer be cared for by this doctors office and the nurse walked her out and told her to leave the premises. Talk about treating patients terribly! WOW! Will be filling a complaint with the Medical Board of Texas.July 30, 2017by Tiffany Simms
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If you are going to be 5 minutes late to your appointment, don't call to let them know you're running late, because the receptionist will cancel your appointment, even though their policy is that you have a 10 minute window. Then she will lie to the doctor, claim you mistreated her and that you asked her or told her to cancel your appointment blaming it all on you. Then if you say anything about it, try to keep your appointment or try to explain or talk about their policy to no avail, you are violating their policy. For heaven's sake, if your family calls to check on you out of concern, because you desperately needed your doctor's appointment, don't tell them your appointment was canceled and why then you have violated their policy and you will be escorted outside and handed a letter terminating services and advising you that they will not refill some of your prescriptions and you're just SOL without health-care. It's truly a disappointment that I have told everyone what a wonderful doctor I had, a doctor that truly cared about her patients, only to find out how truly little she cared...completely fake. Please tell me what sense it would make, how logical would it be for me to drive an hour to my appointment, to realize that I'm going to be 5 minutes late and call as a courtesy to let you know that I am on my way and will be there, for me to then ask or tell the woman to cancel my appointment.April 11, 2017by Tera Brinkley
